What we collect

• Product details you enter — the text you type into a tool in order to generate listing copy.
• Account details — if you create an account, your email address and authentication details.
• Payment details — handled entirely by Paddle. We never see or store your card number.
• Basic technical data — IP address and request logs, used to apply free-tier usage limits and to prevent abuse.

We do not ask for special-category personal data and you should not enter any into the tools.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To generate your listing copy — performance of our contract with you.
• To apply usage limits and prevent abuse — our legitimate interest in keeping a free tier sustainable.
• To take payment — performance of our contract.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors:

• Anthropic— the text you submit is sent to Anthropic’s API to generate your copy.
• Vercel — hosting and request logs.
• Paddle — Merchant of Record for payments. Paddle is an independent controller for payment data.
• Supabase — accounts and usage records, once accounts are enabled.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Is my listing copy used to train AI models?

We do not use your content to train models, and we do not permit our processors to do so on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Product text submitted to a tool is processed to produce your result and is not stored by us beyond what is needed to return it. If we later add saved history, that will be under your control and you will be able to delete it. Account records are kept while your account is open, and billing records for as long as tax law requires.

International transfers

Some processors are outside the UK/EEA, including in the United States. Where that happens, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or a UK adequacy mechanism.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. Email support@listingfit.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are in the UK you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office; in the EEA, to your local supervisory authority.

Cookies

We use only what is necessary to run the site — for example keeping you signed in and applying usage limits. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics, this section will be updated and consent obtained where required.

Changes

We will update this page when our processing changes and revise the date at the top.
