Refund Policy

Last updated: 2 August 2026

Listing Fit is sold through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Paddle handles billing, refunds and tax on our behalf, and their refund policy applies to your purchase.

Statutory right to cancel

Where you buy as a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within the period set by your jurisdiction:

  • United Kingdom, EU, EEA and Switzerland: 14-day right to withdraw
  • Turkey and Israel: 14-day right to withdraw
  • South Korea, Brazil, Canada and China: 7-day unconditional right to cancel
  • Singapore: 5-day unconditional right to cancel

The period runs from the date of the transaction. Where a subscription includes a free trial, the withdrawal period restarts when the trial ends.

Discretionary refunds

Outside the statutory periods above, Paddle may still approve a refund within 14 days of the transaction at its discretion, taking into account the nature of the product and how much it has been used.

If you are unhappy with Listing Fit for any reason, contact us at support@listingfit.com and we will help you request one.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days of approval. When a refund is issued, access to the paid features ends.

Fraud and abuse

Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not by itself refund the current period, though you may still be entitled to a refund under the sections above. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
