The Service generates draft listing copy — titles, descriptions, tags and similar text — for online marketplaces, and checks that copy against the field limits those marketplaces publish.
The Service is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Depop or any other marketplace. Those names are used only to describe which platform a given tool formats copy for.
We make reasonable efforts to keep marketplace field limits accurate, but marketplaces change their rules without notice and limits can vary by category and account type. You are responsible for checking that anything you publish complies with the current rules and policies of the marketplace you publish it on.
Generated copy is a draft. It may contain errors or claims that do not apply to your product. Review it before use. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, including any claims about materials, measurements, authenticity or compliance.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
You keep all rights in the product details you enter and in the copy the Service generates for you. We claim no ownership of your listings.
Generated text is produced by an AI model. Similar inputs may produce similar outputs for different users, so we cannot guarantee that generated copy is unique to you.
Paid plans are sold through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Your purchase is subject to Paddle’s buyer terms, and Paddle handles billing, tax and refunds. See our Refund Policy.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party providers, and we may change or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces what you have paid for, you may request a refund under our Refund Policy.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Subject to that, we are not liable for lost sales, lost profits, lost rankings, or for a marketplace rejecting, suppressing or altering a listing. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the Service before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the country where you live.
